O apartamento é muito bem cuidado, limpo e confortável, exatamente como apresentado nas fotos. A localização é ótima, com fácil acesso aos principais pontos da região, além de mercados, restaurantes e transporte. O anfitrião ofereceu todas as orientações necessárias para um check-in tranquilo. Da área externa do apartamento dá para ver os principais pontos turísticos da cidade(cascade, ópera, mãe da Armênia, monte ararat). Os quartos possuíam ventiladores e a cozinha é bem equipada.
O acesso ao apartamento tem muitas escadas o que dificulta para quem está com malas pesadas.

Очень удобное расположение, все рядом, гуляли по городу пешком. Огромная терраса!!! В жаркое время дня обдувал ветерок с трех сторон, было очень комфортно пережидать жару. Вид с террасы - волшебный! Просыпались и засыпали с видом на Арарат. Место достаточно, нас было 6 человек у каждого своя спальня (место, где можно уединиться при желании).

Отличное расположение и завораживающий вид. Хозяин встретил, заселил, всё было просто. Большая гостинная и балкон - супер!
Не помешал бы косметический ремонт.
