Очень гостеприимные хозяева, все подсказали рассказали - где покушать, куда сходить, куда съездить. Квартира с шикарным видом на горы, большим балконом для красивого завтрака. Есть кондиционер, все необходимые принадлежности (щетки, шампуни). Зал с телевизором, кухня со всем необходимым, спальня (там есть вентилятор, фен)

The hosts are lovely people. The apartment is on the last 10th floor. Have in mind that lift goes up to 9th floor only, so you will still have to use few stairs. There’s a bedroom, and a living room joined with fully equiped kitchen. The bed in living room can also be used for sleeping, so the apartment is suitable for 4 people in total. There’s an iron, washing machine, a good hair dryer and AC. Wi-Fi works well. However, the biggest highlight is the balcony. It’s huge, very private with a stoning view. On a sunny day, mount Ararat can be seen well. At night you can watch the TV tower changing lights. Metro and bus stops are nearby. Short walk distance till Republic Square and Cascade Complex, 2 metro stops till train station. Airport express bus nr 201 stops next to metro Yeritasardakan.

Despite the high floor, the noice from the streets is quite big. But you can always shut windows and use air conditioner. The shower needs improvement, but I’m sure the hosts will cope with it easily.

Очень приятная хозяйка, рассказала о ближайших не дорогих магазинах, обменнике. Махонькая но очаровательная квартира, чисто и уютно, удобная кровать, есть диван, телевизор. Великолепный камин, который мы растопили. Должен быть прекрасный вид с балкона, но нам не повезло, был туман постоянно и Арарат мы к увидели. На балконе столик со стульями. Есть возможность регулировать температуру в помещении. Кондиционер тоже есть, но зимой мы не пробовали, так же есть стиральная машинка и фен. Очень благодарна за возможность бесплатно оставить вещи в кладовке, так как наш рейс перенесли на очень позднее время, нас "спасли" такой возможностью. Если появится возможность, с удовольствием бы вернулась! К сожалению, фото почти не сделала, жаль фювидео не прикрепить, потому скрины оттуда.

Есть маленькие недочёты, но о них стоит знать. Ножи маленькие, но они есть и режут хорошо. Половник не нашли, пришлось суп черпать чашкой. Не удобное переключение смесителя в ванной комнате, идёт на раковину и на душ, переключение очень тугое. Немного ушатаная кухонная мебель, но на функционал не влияет. Дрова можно купить только на окраине города, так что если будете куда-то выезжать не забудьте по пути купить и запаситесь бумагой или газетой. В целом всё было прекрасно!

The hosts of this accommodation are super nice people. They gave us an early check in, one and a half hours before 2 pm and they gave us a free ride from the airport to the accommodation, which was convenient for both sides since they left the previous guests at the airport at the same time when we arrived. Also, the hosts left us a bowl of fresh cherries on the table. Apart from that, the location of the loft is quite good, since it's located around 10-15 minutes walking from the city downtown. The view from the terrace at the mountain Ararat is spectacular, just like from the postcard.

The apartment is in a very old building, from the Soviet era, with a small elevator. It is a real loft, placed under the roof, and the height of the ceiling is much lower compared to a normal apartment height. We stayed in the apartment in June and it was quite hot. There is one air condition in the living room and it doesn't work well. It probably needs to be serviced. There is no air condition in the bedroom and there is one very small fan there which can't cool down anything. The result of that was that we had a hard time sleeping because of the heat in the apartment that couldn't go away fast during the night because the temperature in the loft rose high quickly during the day. On top of that, the bed mattress was too soft, especially in the middle, so sleeping was a challenge. The most problematic part of the apartment is the bathroom, especially for me with the height of 1.85 m, as I kept hitting my head on the ceiling while taking a shower. The bathroom is probably the worst I've ever seen and been to on my travels in the past 20 years, alone or as a family. Apart from the height, the shower space is 0.5 x 0.5 m with a plastic curtain that sticks to your body when you take a shower. If you pull the curtain to the side, the water goes all over the bathroom. The sink faucet (not the same as on the official Booking accommodation photos) is not practical as it's very hard to turn the water on and off due to small finger space between the faucet handle and the shower hose, which is attached to the sink faucet. The water pressure is weak and not enough for a decent shower. I feel bad that I have to write so many negative details about this apartment, because the owners are so kind. However, all of these remarks are true and I was there with my wife and our 4-year old daughter. That is why I'd like other guests to know what to expect before arriving to the loft.
