LARGE 5 BEDROOM LUXURY VILLA

The villa was spacious, and all the rooms were on one floor which was not clear from the photos. We appreciated this as a group of 11 people ranging in age from 2 to 80 years old. The hosts were very kind and helpful. Even before our arrival, they assisted us in choosing interesting places to visit in Armenia and also organized a full-day tour for us with an English speaking guide.

Unfortunately, we experienced several issues during our stay. The most serious problem was cockroaches, which appeared in the kitchen on the second day and later spread to the bathrooms and bedrooms. This was very unpleasant. The hosts only provided a spray and did not take further action during our stay. We also faced technical problems — one day there was no water, and another day the heating, electricity, and lights stopped working. However, the hosts responded quickly and always came to fix the issues. It was not possible to regulate hot and cold water in the bathrooms - look at the photos. The location is also not very convenient, as it requires driving everywhere and is near a busy road with frequent traffic jams.

Этот дом — просто сказка! Вживую он оказался ещё лучше, чем на фотографиях 🥰 Мы были большой компанией: 7 взрослых и 2 детей, и каждому было комфортно. Бассейн, зона барбекю, просторная гостиная, уютные спальни, чистота — всё на высшем уровне. Но больше всего нас тронуло отношение хозяев 🙏 Такие добрые, внимательные и чуткие люди! Всегда были на связи, помогли с выбором ресторанов, подсказали интересные места и даже организовали нам экскурсии. Спасибо вам огромное за тёплый приём и заботу ❤️ Благодаря вам отдых получился особенным. В следующий раз мы без сомнений вернёмся именно к вам!!!

Our group of 10 had an amazing time at this beautiful villa! The house is spacious, comfortable, and has everything you need for a perfect stay. One of the highlights is the large private pool in the garden, which must be incredible in warmer months—unfortunately, since we visited in winter, we couldn’t use it, but it still added to the villa’s charm. The location is excellent—close to the city center yet in a peaceful area. The outdoor dining space and balcony with city views made our stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we loved having the option to cook and barbecue together. The staff was friendly and helpful, arranging airport transfers and making sure we had a smooth stay. We highly recommend this villa for anyone visiting Yerevan—it's a fantastic choice for a group stay! 10/10, we would love to come back again

The villa is really nice, absolutely clean, well equiped, in a pleasant and quiet location with a view of the city and Ararat. We found everything here that was advertised. The pool was filled with clean and fresh water, which was very pleasant in the hot weather. You can also grill in the small garden. The owner is really friendly and cooperative, he can speak English and other languages.

The first time we had a problem finding the place, but the owner is happy to send a taxi or specify the address, and then everything is ok
