Апартаменты просто потрясающие! Здесь есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: очень чисто, уютно, продумано до мелочей. Отдельно хочется отметить замечательную семью, которая сдает эти апартаменты. Это невероятно добрые, отзывчивые и гостеприимные люди, которые всегда были готовы помочь по любому вопросу и сделали всё, чтобы наше пребывание было максимально комфортным.
Одним из главных преимуществ является отличное расположение -до центральной площади всего 5 минут пешком, что очень удобно для прогулок и знакомства с городом.
С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова и с уверенностью рекомендуем эти апартаменты всем!

Absolutely everything is perfect. Mikayel, the host, does not spare an effort to make you feel welcomed and well taken care of. He is extremely responsive, providing detailed information about the access to the apartment, being there on time to deliver the keys upon arrival and receive them upon departure. The cherry on the pie was his extremely generous offer to drop me off at the airport for my departure. The property is new, fresh, modern, super clean, practical, comfortable, very quiet and equipped with everything you need. The location could not be more central... and wonderfully surpising!
The internet connection was a bit choppy, but even here, Mikayel had a great solution: He provided me with a fallback wi-fi connection option in case the main connection would be at times down or too slow. Thank you, Mikayel!

2 min on foot to the Republic square, clean, spacious, with everything you need, free parking. The owner is a great person, he tries to help to make you cozy!

I stayed at this place for almost a week, and I was very satisfied with everything — especially Michael’s kindness and hospitality. He was an incredibly considerate and welcoming host, always checking to see if I needed anything regarding the flat or any information about the beautiful city of Yerevan.
I really loved the place. It was clean, tidy, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Whenever I needed anything, Michael was always available, responsive, and happy to help.
