Top Apartments - Yerevan Centre

The host welcomed us on our arrival and quickly gave us a tour and the keys. It was super clean, with everything you need, dishes, tupperware, microwave, fridge, kettle, towels, clean sheets. Perfect location, close to everything.

One thing that could have made this flat impeccable would have been if the heating of the flat could've been turned on. The host told us that during that time it wasn't possible to turn on heating yet. We arrived early October and we are not used to the cold of Armenia, so we got a bit cold at night and had to cover up, and they also could have put extra blankets too for the cold!

We loved everything about the property! The apartment was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The owner was also very nice and helpful.

Appartment has a great location with a lot of cafe, restaurants, and parks nearby. Great place to walk.

A bit noisy outside because of road.

As for the accommodation, the location is great - the apartment is right in the city centre and quite spacious. However, the furniture is old, and the bedding we slept on didn’t seem particularly clean, so we put towels over the pillows.

What we particularly disliked was the way the host communicated with us. He insisted that we pay for the accommodation immediately and in the local currency, even though we arrived at around 1 a.m. He demanded that we withdraw cash from an ATM, which would have involved significant additional fees for us, despite the fact that we had euros and a payment card, neither of which he was willing to accept. On top of that, he put us under unnecessary pressure and made us feel uncertain even before our arrival, insisting that we exchange money and making us question whether we would even be allowed to enter the accommodation if we could not pay immediately in the local currency. We found this behaviour extremely unprofessional and unpleasant, especially considering that we arrived in the middle of the night. If we had been able to cancel the accommodation free of charge, we would certainly have done so.
