Chic city apartment I By Domel Yerevan

Logement fonctionnel mais très impersonnel. Aucun charme. Pas de déco, rien aux murs. Pas le minimum dans la cuisine (consommables de base). Il faut tout acheter

Excellent location right in the city center and very good value for this area. The apartment was clean, apparently recently renovated, and had a pleasant modern design. When we arrived, we noticed that the handle of the kitchen faucet was broken, but the issue was resolved quickly after we reported it.

The listing mentions that the property accepts bank cards, but in reality payment was only possible in cash, via transfer to an Armenian bank card, or to a Russian Sberbank account. I think it would be more accurate to remove the mention of card payments if they are not actually available. The photos could also be more detailed and show the apartment from more angles. For example, from the listing photos it was possible to assume that the kitchen might have a separate dining area, since there are chairs shown, but in reality the apartment is a studio-style combined kitchen and living space. More complete photos would help set expectations more accurately. There were also several small details that made the stay less comfortable than expected. The apartment only had three hangers for two guests, one partially used roll of toilet paper, and no dishwasher capsules despite having a dishwasher. When I asked whether additional hangers and toilet paper could be provided, I was told that the number of hangers was the “standard set” and that dishwasher capsules are not provided. Since people usually stay only a few days, it feels a bit impractical to expect guests to buy a full pack of dishwasher capsules themselves. It would also be helpful to have a bath mat or towel for the bathroom floor, as water easily ends up on the tiles after showering. Additionally, the washing machine is installed in a way that makes the detergent tray difficult to access. I understand this is a common setup in Armenia, as I lived there for two years, but it is still quite inconvenient in practice. Finally, the notice at the entrance listing charges for broken dishes left a slightly unpleasant impression. Together with the very limited supplies and storage accessories, it created a somewhat overly cost-conscious atmosphere, which felt unnecessary given that the apartment itself is otherwise very nice.

Просто самое удобное месторасположение, которое можно представить!! Очень вежливая, умница и красавица Марианна, которая моментально реагировала и отвечала на любой вопрос..очень уютная, маленькая квартирка..с потрясающей атмосферой!! Безумно удобная кровать, мне прям не хотелось вставать🤭есть абсолютно всё для комфорта, чтобы чувствовать себя дома вне дома) Благодарю вас за гостеприимство и надеюсь на скорейшее возвращение к вам❤️

Можно добавить утюг и вазу (сугубо субъективное мнение)

The apartment is well renovated in a consistent style. Internet is super fast (~500mbit/s)
