Очень чистые и просторные апартаменты, все есть. Здание находится под охраной, скорее всего элитный комплекс. Вход по ключ - магниту. Любые виды услуг и магазины - все рядом. До центра 7 минут пешком неспешно. Заселение бесконтактное, но менеджер находится в этом же здании, то есть всегда по всем вопросам можно зайти, или написать в вотсап.

Очень хорошие апартаменты, удобное расположение - в самом центре. Есть возможность оплаты, если Вы из России, можно оплатить наличными прямо перед заселением. Любезно разрешили нам даже заселиться пораньше, поскольку мы прилетели рано утром. Всё чисто, а также есть всё необходимое: вещи, о которых и не задумываешься, но без них тяжеловато - утюг, мешки для мусора, ватные палочки, губки и средство для мытья посуды и тд.

Very nice and clean apartment in the heart of Yerevan. The best part is the location. Everything you need is right next to the building. Pharmacy, market, restaurants, coffee shops. On top of everything is the host. Very friendly and communicative.

The apartment is in great central location. Everything is just a short walk away. The room was clean and comfortable.
The host only accepted cash, which wasn’t clearly mentioned in advance and caused some inconvenience.
