A lovely and comfortable apartment in a perfect spot, close to everything you might need during your stay. The communication with the host was excellent, very friendly and helpful at all times. The place was spotless, well equipped, and made us feel at home right away. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

The host is incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions or needs — very kind, responsive, and caring. The apartment and its location are simply the best. It is located right on Republic Square, which is the best area in Yerevan. Everything is within walking distance — restaurants, cafés, shops, and absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay, as it is the very center of the city. It also feels very safe to walk around even late at night. The apartment is extremely clean — everything is spotless, without a single speck of dust. There is absolutely everything necessary for living and a comfortable stay, including fast and reliable high-speed internet. We were very satisfied and will definitely book this apartment again.
