The location is good, despite being about 1km from city center. Big apartment. The staff are friendly to help by Whatsapp.
It's very cold inside the apartment. There's no heating, just air conditioning. The bed mattress is not comfortable. Only one of the stove burners work.

the location is good. the host is available if you have any question. many facilities like grocery store is near the apartment. outside the apartment is not good, like the brightness of stairs and the cleanliness of the them.

It was in a great location, and the service being picked up and taken to the airport was amazing. The apartment had everything I needed to have a good stay in Yerevan.
It wasn't possible to get an invoice to the services to and from the airport. Also I never got a response when I asked for an invoice, and I asked a few times. So no only did I pay for the transport out of my pocket for a business trip, but I also had an issue with my accounting department to get the money back for the stay. Next time I will book where I pay via the app.
