We had a unit on the 13th floor. It was nice and convenient, ideal for a short-term stay. The location of the building is superb - there’s a big supermarket just one block from the apartment and plenty of cafes and restaurants near by. The staff of the management company is very friendly and attentive.
The apartment is located next to the elevator shaft, so in the living room you can hear the sounds of the elevator going up and down. However it’s not a big inconvenience if you sleep in the bedroom.

The location is perfect - 5 minutes from the Republic Square. There are many restaurants and cafes around for any taste. Our room was on the 14th floor with an astonishing view of the Ararat mountain. Very clean, a lot of space, keys were delivered to us upon our arrival.
There was no hot water in the shower on the last morning of our stay. Everything else was perfect.

Really central stay in the city. Apartment was spacious and clean. WiFi was excellent as myself and my friend were both working remotely during our stay. Check in was straight forward and same for check out.
Nothing major but a toaster in kitchen would be handy too 😃

We had a great stay with family here. The place is clean and beautiful with amazing views. the location is incredible, less than 10 min walk to both cascades and republic square and all the best restaurants and bars in town are just around, The hosts were very kind and sweet, they responded to our requests promptly and even were flexible with the checkout time. Truly grateful for our experience.
