The staff and communication were amazing. The room was much more spacious than expected and had a balcony with great views.

Exceptional location near the most central part of Yerevan (North avenue) in a safe, family friendly area next to amazing cafes and restaurants, with kids playing on the street even late at night. A short walk to the main square. It really doesn't get better than this location wise. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with all basic amenities. The host is also exceptional-- they arranged for a taxi to meet us at the airport and for someone to accompany us and help us settle in the apartment. They arranged for our taxi back to the airport, kept our bags at their office and even sent someone to drive us from the apartment to the office instead of leaving us to walk! THIS is real hospitality in a city that also exceeded our expectations with caring people and beautiful historical sites. We will recommend this place to all of our friends. And we will be back. Thank you again for your generosity and warmth. It is truly rare.

The location is just fantastic. Right in the middle of the best spots Supermarket downstairs, coffee shops, restaurant all in walking distance of 1-10min

We had a unit on the 13th floor. It was nice and convenient, ideal for a short-term stay. The location of the building is superb - there’s a big supermarket just one block from the apartment and plenty of cafes and restaurants near by. The staff of the management company is very friendly and attentive.

The apartment is located next to the elevator shaft, so in the living room you can hear the sounds of the elevator going up and down. However it’s not a big inconvenience if you sleep in the bedroom.
