Emplacement central, appartement suffisamment spatieux pour 4 personnes. Grande propreté, équipement parfait. Le grand lit est vraiment confortable. La réception, ouverte tous les jours, est située sur le même palier et les employées sont très serviables.
Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas d'ascenseur, surtout quand on voyage avec une poussette. Mais les hôtes n'en sont pas responsables et cela ne doit pas décourager. La présence d'une seule fenêtre rend l'appartement un peu sombre mais l'éclairage généreux et bien conçu compense cette impression.

专业团队管理的公寓，有着非常丝滑的沟通，公寓里的设施齐全，品质很好。
极好的地理位置，距离歌剧院，大阶梯，步行街都咫尺之遥，我们自驾，门口就可以停车。上午去了阶梯那块，走累了，中午还能顺道回酒店歇歇脚，太完美了。
六楼有带烘干机的洗衣房，給旅途中的我们提供了便利。特别提一句，闹市之中，公寓的隔音效果非常好。
埃里温是座气质独特的充满艺术气息的城市，我们停留两晚显然太短了。

服务周到，叮嘱细致，甚至提前开好空调。地理位置非常好，去哪里都步行。厨房用具是目前住过的最齐全的一个。其他东西也非常完备。
四楼无电梯，需要自己提行李
