A peaceful, one bedroom apartment with a spacious private terrace and beautiful communal gardens.. All on the Ground Floor:

Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot and highchair. Patio with outdoor furniture. Garden (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. A tranquil setting for some time out on the English Riviera, Protea Garden Apartment is a one bedroom apartment perfect for that romantic escape for two. The spacious living room looks out across the huge shared garden, and there’s a homely feel to this space that makes it easy to forget the world and just relax.
Step through to the sun room and unwind while you look out across the garden, and, when the sea breeze beckons, the terrace awaits. Shared use of the enormous garden means you’ll have plenty of opportunity to soak up the sun, picnic on the grass and just enjoy the setting. And as the apartment’s baby friendly with a cot and highchair available, we can’t think of a better spot for that first break as a family.
When the sea air takes its toll and bedtime rolls around, you’ll find an ever-so-welcoming kingsize bed in the master bedroom...bliss.

We had a lovely stay at Protea Garden Apartment, it was large and clean and we were very happy staying there. We did not use the lovely terrace or garden very much as being September the weather was rather mixed with some shower and sunny days. We did have breakfast outside on 2 mornings.We did buy a new frying pan and tin opener for our use as the ones provided were not very good.Devon has lots of very narrow lanes with deep sides which we are not used to in the northwest. Yes we would stay there again if in Devon.
