Stay was lovely, bit disappointed we had a sofa bed as description did not list this in a family room. Property was nice as was the room overall, bathroom could do with a bit of TLC.
Room was clean, breakfast was good, staff were friendly bar a woman we met in the hall who questioned why we heading that way when we came out of our room, she was abrupt even when she realised we were guests- bit of a strange encounter.
Location is good and walkable to a decent pub or 2.

We absolutely loved this cozy countryside inn! The property was full of character, room wad super clean and really comfortable. The lounge area was so relaxing and inviting — we ended up sitting there for ages just unwinding. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. It had everything we needed after a long day.
Our kids said their happiest moment of the whole trip was staying here — we’ll definitely be back!

The hosts were very friendly and loved our dogs which was a bonus.
The accommodation and food were excellent and it was money well spent by ourselves.
Loved their friendly dog Bertie and will recommend it to my family and friends.
