Great place to stay, absolutely perfect location to visit Giffords circus which was 2-3 mins walk away. Room and staff were excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Overall a good stayover and we enjoyed the food including breakfast. Lovely lady running the show.
A bit of a walk for someone with infirmaties, but there was help and, let's face it, in the outdoor heat we experienenced during our stay would make anyone feel tired carrying bags, unpacking etc etc.

Location is lovely. Lunch was delicious. Staff were friendly and obliging.
The bed was so uncomfortable. It’s a cheap thin metal frame with a very hard yet thin uncomfortable mattress and thin hard pillows. I woke in discomfort every 30-60 minutes all night and was exhausted and in pain when I got up. The gap at the end of the bed for getting from the bed fo to the bathroom was so tiny I kept bashing my legs on the bed frame.The sink plug hole would not open to drain the basin and we rang to ask for assistance but nobody came. Breakfast was very limited. Overall it was far far too expensive
