Le lieu est exceptionnel, dans un très beau parc, au calme et dans un environnement vraiment très agréable. La qualité de la cuisine est également à souligner: les produits étaient d’excellente qualité. Un endroit qui a beaucoup de charme et un vrai potentiel.
Quelques points ont malheureusement dégradé notre expérience. Si la qualité du dîner était excellente, les quantités servies dans le menu étaient insuffisantes : nous avions encore faim en sortant de table. Même constat au petit-déjeuner : le buffet était insuffisamment réapprovisionné. Lorsque certains produits étaient épuisés, ils n’étaient pas systématiquement remplacés. Enfin, nous avons eu dans la chambre des remontées d’odeurs d’égout provenant des sanitaires, ce qui était désagréable et mériterait d’être résolu.
