Very clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean and tidy aparthotel with good spa facilities. Rooms were very clean and very comfortable beds.

Although they had a gym room with some exercise equipment (cross trainer, exercise bikes, rower, etc), I was a bit disappointed that they had no basic weight equipment or a a treadmill - this is generally considered as standard gym equipment.

Jacuzzi was not very warm and didn't work properly. The booking system for that was a little confusing, and relies on people not overstaying their time in there.

a good hotel with bus stop right outside to go to Vannes. Only disappointment was breakfast

the room size and the air conditioning - the hotel has a very useful little shop

the hotel was short staffed and breakfast wasn't as it should have been - food containers empty, coffee machine not working and just one girl trying her best to cope

Absolutely perfect and a real treat to stay here!

The appartment was amazing. So comfortable (Especially the Queen size bed) and everything we needed for our stay. I loved the spa (especially having the jacuzzi to myself with the booking system) and all staff were so friendly and accommodating!

There was nothing which could have been done to make it any better! This is a first class hotel and now this chain will always be my first choice!

Very comfortable room and well equipped little kitchen. Pool and sauna were a bonus especially on a rainy day.

Good but inflexible in an emergency.

Clean and good breakfast

1. When I booked 2 rooms by mistake I couldn’t get a refund. 2. We had to leave early because my wife had a medical emergency. No consideration was given for having to leave two days early. 3. I don’t know if it’s your hotel or the booking agent but it is hard to make any changes. The hotel in Nantes allowed me to cancel one of two nights. Sorry but I will not be booking or recommending your hotel in the future. Roger Ignon.

Our stay in Vannes

Location - exactly what we wanted. Apartment - perfect. Breakfast - choice, superb Allowed our pet.

Booking time for the swimming pool.🤷 Hamman - cold, very little steam. Smelled stale. Jacuzzis - time slot - but did not work, no bubbles, just a luke warm bath tub. Sauna - not very "Sauna", warm, disappointing. Just was so disappointed with the facilities, have stayed in numerous over the years, booked this hotel because of their facilities, to be let down. Sauna, Hamman and Jacuzzi. 😔

Excellent rooms - an entire apartment!. Well appointed. Bus from outside straight into town. Good electric car charging infrastructure.

Swimming pool is not suitable for swimmers. It is too shallow and residents use it to walk up & down.

All in all we loved our stay, would repeat 100%

The facilities were great, we enjoyed the spa the following morning for an hour which is included and the apartment had everything you could need. The bed was really big and super comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Nothing to dislike, the only thing is that the location isn’t the best.

Completely new, pool, friendly staff, nice breakfast, parking.

Remote location within a fairly basic residential area; hotel faces a parking that is said to be closed at night which it is not - traffic noise (guests, busses, food delivery at 6am)
