It was a disaster and a complete waste of time to book there, (since we had a pet cat).

I liked that the villa is located near the beach. The beach was lovely and the sand was a welcome change to experience. Furthermore, there is a good number of shops and restaurants within walking distance from the villa. This makes it a good and convenient place to stay on a short, calm holiday, with a focus on the beach and Dinard. However, if you want to get to other places often, like Saint Malo or other places, then a car might be required.

I did not like the house rules, the requirement for us to pay a €300 damage deposit, if you bring a pet and the constant changing of regulations upon arrival. I did not like the fact that it is an old villa, and therefore it had some repairs and maintenance issues, which the clients had to work around during their stay. We could not accept these house rules and our booking was cancelled by the villa, and they called us a taxi to sent us back to Saint Malo, after we spent the whole day, since our arrival at 11:00 till around 16:00 waiting for our room to be ready and making sure we had everything they wanted us to have in order to qualify to stay in their available room, with our pet cat. Once we left the villa, we easily found another hotel with accommodated us with our pet cat and we never had to wait for hours for our room to be ready. However, the villa still wanted to keep all our money, despite them cancelling our booking. We had to make many, many, messages to Booking.com and to the villa to request some sort of reimbursement from them, since we had booked to stay for 03 nights and never spent any night there. Till today, we are still waiting for some sort of reimbursement over 20 days after our cancelled booking.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme, la sérénité de l'établissement, son charme et sa situation géographique. La plage est facilement accessible ainsi que les commerces. La gérante des lieux, Alicia, est présente et attentive à chacun. Nous y reviendrons sans hésitation.

Très bel accueil, Alicia est très souriante et donne de très bons conseils. Réfrigérateur, micro onde et couverts en libre utilisation,un magnifique salon et un grand jardin. La plage à 2minutes, de très bons restaurants à 5 minutes à pied Ma chambre(solo) est assez petite mais bien agencée et confortable.

Beau logement et magnifique environnement local et dans les 30 km !

Accueil excellent. Petit déjeuner OK. Vue sur la mer depuis une fenêtre. Situation à 15 min à pied du centre de Dinard. Dinard au cœur des beautés de la région du Mont St-Michel au cap Fréhel.

Absence de WiFi dans la chambre, certes elle fonctionne dans la salle de petit déjeuner.

Décevant malgré l‘emplacement idéal!

Commençons par le meilleur : une magnifique villa avec jardin, à quelques pas seulement de l'une des plus belles plages. La maison a beaucoup de charme et notre chambre avec vue sur la mer était propre et bien entretenue. Cependant, l'insonorisation des chambres laisse les autres clients participer à votre vie privée. Malheureusement, le Wi-Fi ne fonctionne pratiquement pas. Pour poursuivre la réservation du voyage, nous avons dû nous rendre dans un café équipé du Wi-Fi. Dès le début, la propriétaire ne s'est pas montrée très accueillante. Une prolongation d'un jour de notre séjour, convenue par écrit, a été annulée à la dernière minute pendant le petit-déjeuner pour des raisons incompréhensibles et très contradictoires. Malgré son grand potentiel, nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas recommander cette maison pour ces raisons.

Séjour parfait.

J'ai aimé l'ambiance familiale, l'accueil de Cécilia et de Donald (comprendra, ceux qui sont sur place) La résidence est au calme. jardin sympa pour faire la sieste ou bouquiner au calme où se retrouver autour d'une table avec des amis. Le cadre est très agréable avec la mer a porté de main. Le grand salon vous accueille les jours maussades avec une bibliothèque et sa télévision. Je ne peux que recommander cet établissement de caractère.

Ce fut un séjour des plus agréables.

Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. La maison est entourée d’un jardin spacieux, agrémenté de chaises et de tables pour s’y installer. De plus, elle se trouve à moins de cinq minutes de la plage.

Un coin de paradis gardé par un ange aux yeux radieux

J'ai séjourne a la villa la Vistule un week end et j'ai déjà envie d'y retourner. Alicia est une hôte remarquable, sa gentillesse et son attention envers ses visiteurs est remarquable. Ce lieu qu'elle a rénové avec gout et dévotion évoque l'esprit d'un Dinard d'antan ou la villégiature était un moment de détente mais de partage et de convivialité. Son excellent emplacement au coeur du quartier résidentiel de Saint Enogat ou se trouvent des nombreux restaurants , une plage de rêve et a seulement deux pas de la splendide et fraichement rénovée thalassothérapie font de la villa la Vistule l'adresse ideale pour allier relax, découverte et simplicité.

Rien, on ne peut qu'apprécier le dévouement d'Alicia a faire perdurer l'histoire dinardaise, dans le respect des codes qui étaient ceux d'une époque magnifique et malheureusement révolue. Cette villa qui accueillait a l'époque des artistes, des voyageurs et des vacanciers de toutes origines devrait accueillir d'avantage d'hôtes , d'artiste et de personnalités en quête d'authenticité . Je tiens a féliciter Alicia pour son souhait de préserver l'âme de la villa, pour son dévouement et sa belle personnalité.

Je reviendrai avec plaisir

Je cherchais un joli lieu, simple et calme à proximité de la plage et proche de quelques commerces pour me ressourcer. C'est tout à fait ce que j'ai trouvé à la Villa La Vistule. J'avais lu beaucoup de commentaires très positifs aussi concernant l'accueil d'Alicia que j'ai moi-même beaucoup apprécié. J'ai trouvé la literie très confortable et le petit déjeuner copieux. C'était un séjour réussi ! Mon séjour était très agréable, je dois juste mentionner pour les voyageurs qui comme moi auraient besoin de l'information que l'établissement comporte quelques escaliers pour entrer et pour accéder à la salle du petit déjeuner. De même, la Villa n'est pas directement dans le centre ville. Il y a des navettes gratuites et bus pour se déplacer mais mieux vaut se renseigner sur les horaires avant de se déplacer.

Schönes Haus, tolle Lage , toller Garten, freundliche Gastgeberin.

Super Lage zum Strand (300m) und zu den Restaurants im Ort (5 min). Unser Zimmer war sehr hell mit Blick zum Strand. Der Garten sehr groß mit altem Baumbewuchs. Wir hatten 25 - 30 Grad, als wir da waren. Aber sowohl im Zimmer als auch im Garten waren immer sehr angenehme Temperaturen und das ohne Klimaanlage. Die Gastgeberin Alicia war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam

Badezimmer viel zu klein,das Zimmer,klein und finster.Die Ausstattung sehr schlecht.Das Frühstück mager.Der Frühstücksraum,war im Keller,eng und ungemütlich,feucht.Der Service minimal und teilweise unfreundlich.Die Zimmer wurden während den 4 Tagen Aufenthalt nicht gereinigt.Der Garten ungepflegt und holprig.Keine Parkplätze vorhanden,beschwerlich für ältere Personen.Viel zu teuer für ein B&B...die Villa von außen verspricht mehr als das Innere tatsächlich hergibt.Ein Haus ohne Seele.Wir haben uns nicht wohlgefühlt.
