A delightful stay in this hotel in Dinard. A short walk from the shops and beach and just above the ferry over to St Malo. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was large with great facilities. Everywhere was very clean. The pool was great. We ate in the restaurant which served superb food with very friendly staff. Would highly recommend this hotel

We received a warm welcome from the staff on arrival by car, my husband is very particular about parking his car and was happy that the concierge was confident to park it carefully. We had several requests during our stay and each were met with courteousness. Would highly recommend

This five-star hotel absolutely deserves its five stars. I was especially impressed by the excellent service of its staff. The view from my bedroom window was magnificent, and the hotel was well located for walks along coast or into the town. There are two restaurants, the 333 less formal; in both, I ate very well. I would certainly return.

From the moment we arrived and the valet took our luggage and parked our car, to the moment we (regretfully!) left, we felt so taken care of - and had the most wonderful weekend. The restaurant was amazing - as was the spa - and we were upgraded to a sea view room, which was gorgeous. Thank you so much to all the staff there for our very special stay - we will stay for longer next time!

Lovely hotel with beautiful view. Our initial room had a very musty odor, which they were attributing to recent painting. It did not go away and they gave us another room, which was lovely, but on a lower floor, which we were not as happy about.

the hotel is amazing overlooking the sea really beautiful. Its old world charm and is just a wonderful place to stay. The service was patchy - bar service was slow and we had to go and collect our own menus or go and get a waiter to take orders - i wouldnt have liked being there if it was busy. The major issue with the hotel is there is no air conditioning and the curtains do not close properly as you are meant to use the shutters - if you close the shutters the room is like a sauna because there is no air conditioning

It was a lovely place - we booked a room with a balcony room and view of the sea. It was a real treat. Breakfast was great, as were the spa and gym facilities. It was a perfect location for the coastal walk. The staff were helpful and we enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of things that could be done even better considering the 5 star rating and the price: 1) The room was so small that I could not walk around my side of the bed as it butted right up against the desk 2) The bath was not particularly deep - when staying in a special hotel I like to enjoy a bath 3) There was no ironing board in the room These are minor details intended to help the hotel, but by no means detracted from what was a fabulous stay!

The hotel itself was excellent, a little weary in places (stair carpet, easy chairs in the rooms, paint pealing on the window railings) however the facilities were 5 star with regard to the food, restaurant, pool, gym, complimentary electric bikes, ballet parking. The location was excellent with 2 minutes walk to the ferry to St Malo, 5 minute walk to the town centre and 10 minute walk to the beach. Really can't wait to go back. There is something here for all the family.

Dinard is a beautiful town across the bay from St-Malo. The hotel loans bicycles, electric and conventional, great for seeing the coastline. A classic old hotel, we had a balcony on the ocean, great for cocktails and a gorgeous view from the bed! Food was very good and many good restaurants within walking distance.

This hotel is lovely, the staff are friendly and happy to go out of their way to assist you with whatever you need. The pool was lovely and warm, felt nice and private too being tucked away from the balconies. Our room had a partial sea view and a balcony over looking the gardens, it was Gorgeous sitting out there with a cool drink. My only complaint is that our car which we paid to have the hotel put in a "secure" car park was brought back to us covered in bird poo! I thought the hotel would have cleaned this acidic poo off the car before returning it to us. Other then that everything was perfect!
