Its location is the wow point!!
It was very run down, the photos didn’t match the room we got at all, the shower had no pressure at all and couldn’t fill the bath. There was no love put into our room, it was our wedding night and we found the room didn’t live up to expectation at all

Overall Presentation of Reception and The Stairway to the Bedrooms could have been cleaner and long stairs handrails was tacky/sticky !

It was cool being on the Mont after all of the crowds had gone…
Poor communication on parking and check-in. I had to call 2 times and still found the check-in process to be extremely confusing. We finally found the reception and checked in only to be told we had to come back later to get the key. Just a little frustrating with all of the hills and steps. The facilities are a bit weathered/out-dated (which is to be expected).
