Perfect location for beach and on site shop. Great sized rooms
The area surrounding the caravan was grass, one side completely churned up mud then all around was like a pond. Needed wellies to leave the caravan. Desperately needs gravel or something. Would also massively benefit decking of some sort as it’s dog friendly. No hooks to hang coats near door and could do with extra large door mat for entrance area to save walking in with dirty shoes

Caravan was comfortable and spacious enough for the family and dog.
WiFi was a bit weak and TV is small.
