Great location and a really good base for exploring the area. Accommodation was comfortable and generally well equipped with everything that we needed.

Both TV's were faulty, although the hosts are replacing the one in the main area. WiFi isn't great, and the signal kept dropping out.

Excellent location, great caravan

A location where we like returning because of the views. This caravan was in really good condition and very clean. The host sent us useful messages about the checkin. Both photos were taken by myself yesterday from the caravan overlooking the sea in the morning and at sunset.

The steep location makes driving challenging. Worth for the sea + sunset view, I guess 😊

Four of us had a lovely comfortable stay and would certainly recommend this property to anyone.

Location has beautiful views across Barmouth Bay. Caravan was very comfortable, nice and clean and there was even some tea, coffee, milk and sugar on arrival. There was also some cleaning products and although we did take all our own it was nice that they were there.

The only thing we didn't like was how steep the site was, but it does give you that lovely view and helps to burn those extra holiday calories.

Superb Location and a Beautiful Holiday :)

Amazing location!!!!! The most beautiful scenery to wake up to! The caravans are super comfortable, very well provided for and conveniently located close to Barmouth for all shops and restaurants.

No WiFi in today's times is a little unpractical, specially when it comes to booking tickets for attractions etc. Mobile data runs poor too. Wifi is something which could help!
