Great location near beautiful TalYBont beach , quiet site with great sea views . The caravan is absolutely lovely, modern , super clean and so well equipped with everything we needed 👍

Good value for money - very comfortable for a static

Well equipped and comfortable - both bathrooms really well appointed and lovely hot water for showers

no internet but this was mentioned in the details - apparently it’s been due to be installed since July!. Oven didn’t work and apparently due to be fixed on Tuesday according to the note that was left but didn’t specify which Tuesday - It still wasn’t fixed by the time we left . All other facilities good though and site was nice and quiet . Unfortunately however on our last night some people turned up in the next door van about 10pm - they were completely inconsiderate of others made a lot of noise and stayed outside talking until about mid night . No worries we thought as they’d probably have a lie in next day - not so - as they were up and outside talking again by 630am . If this is the owners and not temporary renters then this could spoil your stay if they are there a lot fortunately it was our last night so we weren’t overly put out

Perfect Caravan – Ideal for Families and Beach Lovers-Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic short stay at this wonderful caravan. The caravan is perfectly situated just a short walk from a superb beach – golden sands, clean waters, and plenty of space for the kids to run around or build sandcastles. It was such a treat to be able to stroll down without needing to pack the car. The caravan had all the amenities a family could need – a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a clean bathroom with all toiletries, and plenty of storage space. The provider was very accommodating and attentive, even in the small details. We also appreciated that all the necessary information in a handy file and pamphlet, which made it easy to settle in and find everything we needed – from appliance instructions to local recommendations, taxis etc. Another bonus is that Barmouth Beach is just a 7-minute drive away – a stunning spot with even more to explore, including fantastic pubs and seaside charm, steam railway etc. It made for a perfect short trip and added even more variety to our stay.

It did get quite warm in the 28°C weather, so a table fan would’ve made nights more comfortable. The internet was slow (though not essential), and a bit more flexibility with the 10 a.m. checkout would be appreciated. Still, a lovely stay overall!

I recently spent weekend in this lovely caravan, and it was such a great experience! The place was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was peaceful and surrounded by nature – perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was very friendly and responsive, making sure I had all the information I needed before arrival. Overall, I would highly recommend this caravan to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and unique place to stay. I’m already looking forward to coming back! We’ve already booked another weekend here in August – that’s how much we loved it!
