The apartment was clean, there were 2 bedrooms with 3 beds in one room & 2 double beds in another! There's only one toilet though. A washer was provided but no laundry soap! The kitchen was fully equipped! Lots of eating places nearby & supermarket too. Overall we did enjoy ourselves.
Only one trash can which imo is not enough! Should provided 2, one for the kitchen & another one for the bathroom which is very important! Maybe provide some laundry soap! Both bedrooms with platform bed which I don't particularly like

Very near the Singaporean border.
It was so near that you would have to turn off roaming.

It was near the customs, whereby people can have a quick rest after going in/out of the country. It is also generally spacious.
The cleanliness was quite poor: we found a bug in the living room, the bedroom feels a little dusty and can be uncomfortable for some people.
