Clean, modern, location (walking distance to the bus station for the Singapore border crossing) and spacious. Quick responses from
agency managing the property.
Apartment key not in place on arrival. Door lock also needed fixing. No airer to hang out washing.

There is centralised A/C. Fan and light in the balcony.
No chairs and table in the balcony.
The water supply in ensuite is low.
Water from upstairs leaked into the ensuite.
No shower curtain in ensuite nor the other bathroom.
Floor was quite dusty when we got there.
There was only 1 pot to cook with, 1 working convection/hot plate, 1 kettle. Could use another convection/hot plate, another pot and a frying pan.
