Everything was great! The room was clean and comfortable, and all the facilities were good. The staff were amazin, very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

I was looking for a more affordable stay without compromising on boutique hotel vibes, and this was exactly what I was after. Although it’s located a little further from the main areas compared to their other properties, the excellent cleanliness reviews were what convinced me to book, as that’s something I’m quite particular about.
The location is surrounded by plenty of eateries, mostly catering to the local Chinese community, but that wasn’t an issue since GrabFood is readily available. Room was v clean I’m glad and everything seems nee. Soundproof wasn’t as good but surprisingly i wasn’t v bothered by that. Cleanliness above everything. Staff was friendly too. Ensure you carry cash w you for the hotel deposit. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and great value for money. Returning to this hotel this week! (:

I would recommend my non-muslim friends. Surrounded by many non-halal eateries. Massage place is too many. Found jolibee and kfc around the area but need to drive up. Beautea is just 2 shops away. Reached hotel before 2pm, only 2pm can register and i have to wait 45mins for the room to be ready. As they start to clean the room right at 2pm😩
I request for 3 singles and 1 king but i got the room with 1 single and 2 queens. We were exhausted and hungry, theres a mini pantry to snack while waiting. Room is dusty, i can see flying dust laying around the floor as they did not vacuum while i waited for the room

Nice clean room and comfy beds but quite noisy at night because lots of restaurant nearby. Almost no parking at the front of hotel due to this. They use the parking lot to open up tables .
My room 206 black out one time at night. After that tap at the tub wont dispense hot water.
No iron available, for this hotel only 3 unit iron for the whole hotel use. No effort from staff to manage this situation. So ladies with tudung, either bring yr own iron or stay away.
I had to wait till the next day to iron my tudung.
I email the manager to complaint but till today didn't get any response.
