Great place, spacious for me and my kids. Room is very clean
    6 / 10Average·Sep 2026
Honestly, it was quite disappointing. The room was dusty, and the Netflix/YouTube connection was extremely poor throughout our stay. Your staff did come up and tried to fix the issue, which I appreciate, but after some time the connection was still the same. By then, it was already past 10:30pm, and my kids were tired, so they eventually decided to sleep. We specifically chose the hotel expecting a comfortable stay for the family, but unfortunately the experience did not meet our expectations. To be honest, it felt like a wasted trip to the hotel, especially considering the inconvenience and the issues we faced. I hope the management can look into this seriously and consider a reasonable compensation or refund for the poor experience.
