    Last min booked a family room was given room 320. 1) water pressure super weak and low 2) tv not working 3) air condition machine right inside the freaking room and cover up . So noisy now to sleep. 4) room seem to be very old

    Great Basic and Clean accomodation for a weekend getaway from Singapore. Fuss free check in, but do take note that RM100 deposit will be required that is refundable upon check out. The room is relatively spacious and clean. Do take note that the hotel occupies 2 floors in a building. The only qualms is there is a stench when descending on the lift, otherwise the room itself is nice. Free coffee in the morning is a good perk too.

    Had a great short stay here. Ours was 2 double bed & 1 sofa bed. Glad we found this hotel after our 1st stay 6 yrs back (now under new mgmt i think). Spacious and clean room, with excellent service by the hotel staff. And not to forget the 5-star in room amenities like toiletteries including toothbrush, room slippers, ear plugs, tea making & ironing facilities.

    Not sure why the reviews are good here when this hotel is a total nightmare to stay at. We were given a room right next to the small street and all night long all the way to the next morning, you can hear pple chatting, walking, shouting like no one’s business. We could not sleep for the whole night. When I called the front desk at 4am in the morning and asked for late check out, they didn’t refuse, so it means that they knew about the issue. They also said will get security to control the noise but nothing was done. You can even hear what the next door customers are doing, not kids friendly, walls are extremely thin. Extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable to stay here, won’t be back.
