    I must say the cleanliness of the room, bedding and toilet are acceptable, just that aircon was terribly noisy . The hotel somehow chucked at a very strange corner of the estate, for hot day and usually dusty environment not so walkable . The receptionist and staff were friendly actually.

    The room is maintained beautifully, the room is clean, the AC is working well. Only thing I noticed is the water in the faucet and shower smells weird.

    I accidentally booked this instead of the one at JBCC but I was not disappointed at all. Rooms were spacious for a family of 3 and I have no doubt it can fit up to 6 pax. No frills was perfectly fine for me as we had activity planned for the day. More importantly, the rooms were spotless. Beds and toilets were clean and well kept. Toilet drains drained well so there was no weird smells. Ample amount of towels and toiletries were provided too.

    First time trying this hotel.. For a traveler whom just want a place to rest and stay overnight it’s ok as the location from CIQ and famous mall like KSL mall, SKS Mall and even Komtar is nearby. The area near the hotel is not recommended for family as it’s near a bar and looks quite shaddy. Hotel lift also facing the road. Upon entering the level a strong scent can be smell which was really taking a use too. Room itself was ok atleast the standard bath towel floor mat toothpaste is there. Rain shower was also available although the pressure may not be very strong at times. Design are still modern and new. Aircon and the king size bed was good. I got the lower floor level 3 which is near the carpark level across and due to that (I assume) it’s pretty noisy at times be it night or day. Sound of people shouting from nearby or car and motorcycle can be heard quite loud. Another alarming is seing foreign workers staying which I peek inside filled with bunk bed something I have never seen in a hotel So for me it might not be something a family might choose or for the ladies to stay. Hence the low ratings I gave but again it’s my own personal experiences and preferences
