    Room is big, ample walking space. There is an iron & ironing board available in the room, which is a plus for me. Nice view facing the tallest building in JB. Pillows are very thick, nice to hug I find it too high & a bit hard when laying down on it. There is a small shop at the lift lobby, if you want to get snacks/drinks.. We encountered one mishap. While checking in, we were given a room which already have guests inside. Our key somehow managed to open the room but it was locked from inside and the guest said it was occupied. We were shocked and went back to reception. Somehow they got mixed up and apologised. We were skeptical of the security issues after that, what if our room will be given to the next guest checking in. So we were hoping they didn't make the same mistakes again. Overall, good experience and I will come to stay here again with my family.

    the room was spacious and clean though the floor could be better with more use of vaccum cleaning. staff were friendly and helpful. location of hotel is very good though must be careful of the traffic situation as it can get quite jammed along the main road. parking was available as well. overall excellent value for money

    We have been staying at this hotel repeatedly since 2024, but unfortunately, our recent stay was quite disappointing. First, we specifically booked a city-view room, but were given a room facing the side with creepy-looking windows/walls from another building. We felt very uncomfortable with the view and requested to be transferred to another room, but this was not the experience we expected after specifically booking a city-view room. Second, we booked the room for 3 people, but upon arrival, there was only one king-size bed. We understand that an extra bed can be provided, but we feel this should have been properly arranged or at least communicated to us in advance. We had to call the reception ourselves to request for an extra bed. Lastly, the reception staff were not very friendly or welcoming, which made the overall experience even less pleasant. Having stayed here several times since 2024, we expected better service and a more comfortable experience. Unfortunately, this recent stay did not meet our expectations.
