I picked a spacious 30sqm superior double room at a good price. This hotel is big, not those with under 20 rooms. Location is good. 5mins to KSL for my massage.

Being staying in this hotel due to the location and comparable price. Basic amenities in the room. This time Thé room allocated was much better in terms of facilities (refurbished).

Stayed at Crystal Crown for 1 night and booked the newly renovated Executive Room. The experience got off to a poor start. Our first room had a faulty toilet flush, and when we requested a room change, the front desk supervisor was unhelpful and quite rude. Despite us explaining that we were heading out and could not wait for repairs, he insisted we return to the room for housekeeping to fix it instead of arranging a replacement. Only after we pushed back did he reluctantly agree to change our room. Unfortunately, the second room had a warm air conditioner. After comparing it with the Agoda listing, we also realised that both rooms we had been given were the old Executive Rooms, not the newly renovated room we had paid for. Thankfully, another front desk staff member took over, apologised immediately, and promptly arranged the correct newly renovated room. It was disappointing that we had to make multiple trips to the front desk just to receive the room we had booked. The poor attitude and lack of professionalism shown by the supervisor made an already frustrating situation much worse.
