Keys Easy to collect. When they remembered to send messages just a few days prior to my arrival. They dun answered my questions, yet remembered to remind me a few times to send deposit. I asked for instructions on bank transfer, they keep saying will send 1 day b4 arrival. I dun like last minute. Deposit is returned to me quite promptly b4 7pm after I checked out. Only positive side is the pool has jacuzzi and aqua-aerobics equipment. Stated time for use of facilities is 9am – 7pm, which is like what?

For 3 weeks, Total lack of response after booking. I asked questions through the messaging system on Booking.com app, email, and whatsapp the contact number listed, all no replies. I was stressed and anxious. Booking.com is not particularly helpful, just said they have messaged them, wait 48h for their response. 48h after 48h, still no response. I thought I was scammed. Paid and total disappearance. How can I be assured that I would get the check-in details on the day of my arrival, when they totally ignore all my messages?? It was only when I found 3 other contact numbers, hidden somewhere in their information page on Booking.com, that 1 of them responded. Even so, they replied with links instead of directly answer my questions. Communication is the worst I have encountered in all of my accommodations. 2. Living Room-- Living room no coffee table. The broken coffee table was hidden behind the stairs. Tv remote controls no batteries. They provided batteries on D2. After inserting batteries, can switch on TV, but cannot watch live TV and Youtube, as the Tv is stuck on its setting page. Wifi stopped working on D2 night. Informed them, no help provided. Floors are clean, but furnishings are slightly dusty. 3. Kitchen --Kitchen no microwave oven, no teaspoons. When making beverages, I used the only available soup spoon. Clocks on both levels not working. 4. Master bedroom level 2 & Common Bedroom Level 1 Aircon took a long time to cool. The 2 aircon remote controls for 2 rooms, only 1 of them is original and working. Have to pass the remote to my friend in the Level 1 common room. L2, 1 of the drawers is spoilt, cannot be closed. Clock not working. At night with all lights off, the L2 room and bathroom windows, which are facing the corridor, have light streamed through. Lucky I have eye mask. L2 Bathroom bathtub dun have shower curtain. Showering makes the whole bathroom wet. Beds are hard. Rooms feel dusty.
