Love the TV channel & movies, the a/c & lighting, furniture arrangement & additional standing fan as the sun afternoon sun really hit the room.

Checking in is ok but the security intervene & insist on taking photo when the keys collected, Never encounter such when checking in at other Air BNB, maybe he is doing his job. The room view is not good as it is facing the Grand Blue Wave abandon hotel, do not dare to open the window especially at night. The cups need to be thoroughly clean.

Location near kastam of woodlands, walking distance overhead bridge about 10-15 mins. Basic kitchen appliances like water filter provided so no need to buy water. Room is spacious and toilet is clean and nice.

night time until around 2am , will have motocylist travel on road sound a bit noisy because they out from singapore kastam. My view is facing fase 3 of Princess Cove.

Plenty of shops, restaurants, and amenities within R&F Princess Cove. 5. Convenient residents-only parking with access card access. 6. Easy and hassle-free check-in and check-out process. 7. Good security with 24-hour security personnel on duty. 8. Excellent value for money and a place I would gladly stay at again.

Pricing.

Apartment was quite worn out. Main door was equipped with e-lock which was working but the door tt enters the apartment from the foyer wqs unable to close. Air con in 1 of the rooms was not working. Shower area in master room, drainage was alughtly choked. Washing machine pipe was cracked and water flowed all over the balcony.
