Some broken wooden cabinets and the unit definitely need updating

* Spacious apartment for our family of six (2 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 younger children). * The host was very prompt in responding to our queries and communicated with warmth, sincerity, and genuine hospitality throughout our stay. * Beds and linen were clean, comfortable, and helped us get a good night's rest. * Excellent location — convenient access to Komtar, City Square, Lesong, 7-Eleven, and Grab rides were easy to get. * Family-friendly swimming pool with a dedicated area for toddlers and young children. The main pool is also relatively shallow and child-friendly. * Travel toothbrush sets and towels were provided. * Beautiful view from the 19th floor. * Plenty of natural sunlight during the day, making the apartment feel bright and welcoming.

* A wall clock would be a useful addition. It helps guests keep track of time and makes the apartment feel more like home. * One of the remote controls was not working due to depleted batteries and should be checked before guests arrive. * The pull-out sofa bed is sturdy on one side, but the pull-out section feels less supported due to the lack of central support underneath. Families with active young children should take note. * The wooden fixtures in the bathroom are useful but appear to have been affected by moisture and may benefit from some maintenance.

Check in process was smooth. Communication with the Host was really easy and prompt. The facility was exactly as the pictures shown on the website. Seven Eleven convenient store at the basement was a plus! Location was also very nice - right next to Amari hotel and across KOMTAC mall.

Not sure if there was construction going on at upper floor but there were multiple incidents of loud noise of heavy things falling from higher floor.

Spacious for 2 bedroom unit.

The unit need to be maintained such as faulty living room aircon, drainage at the master bedroom sink need to check, cupboard at the master bedroom need to be fixed, door unable to slide smoothly.
