gym and sauna convenient. gym was at high floor and had nice view, equipment slightly old but fully functional. didn't try the pool but was indoors and seemed nice. sauna located at pool toilet and heats up quickly, although instructions given by condo management confusing at first. place was quiet, with only 2 apartment units per floor per side, so very private. lift only allows you to access your own level and common areas. Smart Google TV was placed directly in front of bed and was nice and large. bed was comfortable and had pillows with high and low types for different sleep styles. room was relatively value for money. 24h convenience store was about 5 minutes away but still need to walk on a bit of road to get there.

Concierge service via Whatsapp was almost non-existent. Got terse replies to all my questions, making it clear their job seems to be only to ensure you check in and check out. Instructions a bit confusing, you need to download pdf and read carefully. The original apartment unit is divided into 2 rooms such that they install second doors after main door, so after number lock main door, you come to this completely dark room, and need physical key to go into your own room. For like 5 dollars can install a motion sensor light but wonder why they never even bother. Main room itself was ok, but the toilet was below par. Questionable toilet design choices showing lack of detail for guests: lack of shower curtain, placement of toilet paper holder awkward, choice of bulky sink with no place to put anything, not even put a cup for toothbrush, shower head drooping cause the holder is loose, held by duct tape. Shower drains slowly. Main room kitchen sink seemed to be leaking slightly as water kept pooling on floor. Refrigerator too small, barely fit in 1.5 litre drink. Although "close" to CIQ on map (they are behind CIQ but you can't jump the fence right?), the RTS construction means that if you have no car, you have to walk on busy road about 10 min just to get to the CIQ entrance with no safe pavement (not child or elderly friendly). Condo carpark gate doesn't even have a pedestrian entrance/exit. Condo's steam room would have been great if not for fact that need 2 hours just to warm up, so practically useless.

Apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and had plenty of room to store your belongings. Kitchen had everything you could need. For your laundry you had a little "balcony" beside the kitchhen that had washingmachine and space to dry your laundry. There were also bigger balcony that had a great views towards Singapore, same as all the windows in the apartment. Communication with the host was easy and effortless. Good for longer stays too! Nothing bad to say really :)
