The apartment was clean and well maintained. Check-in instructions were clear. High level so the view from the balcony was nice. Grab was easily accessible. Host was super nice not to take the deposit of 100 Rm as the payment method was not readily available for foreigners. Close to CIQ, city square. The swimming pool was nice as well. Nice view of singapore JB causeway.
First of all we were greeted by a very rude indian security guard who was literally barking at us like how we ended up there despite already registering with another person at the security post. Secondly the booking.com page says check in time is 3pm, however only after booking we are informed that check in is 3.30pm so that info is a little misleading. Thirdly the jam around the property is horrible especially in the evenings so a lot of time got wasted stuck in the traffic jam. Lastly like what some reviews says that it takes 5 mins to walk to jb sentral etc, is not accurate. There is no walking path so you will literally have to walk on the road which is very dangerous and not recommended especially with kids.
