1.Should be more cleanliness especially carpet at living area (itchy when lying at the carpet)
2. 2 in 1 shampoo ( maybe can upgrade)

The room was not prepared when i arrived but then owner extend my check out time to compensate. Direct and precise instructions for check in and out policy. Very accessible to malls and check point areas. Need to change the sofa cover or sofa because of the dust mites was unbearable.

We had always stayed at Suasana as its very near to CIQ by foot.
Wifi unable to connect as we went back to the unit after midnight we didn’t want to text the team. Hence we had fixed the wifi and it’s working perfectly fine. Unit at Level 10 toilet had a bad smell. But the team fix it very fast after i text them.
