There’s moulding in some areas. Need to chge the shower curtains in the master bedroom and require some hooks for the 2nd shower room.

Clean and spacious

Got unpleasant smell from both toilets.

The host/management company was extremely friendly and helpful. Key collection process was easy with clear step by step guides.

1. The whole unit STANK of sewage. After just a one time usage of the toilet the smell started from both toilets and permeated through the whole unit within an hour. It was uncomfortable to stay indoors. 2. The location was good in the sense that it is central, close to many restaurants and a mall, but it is opposite a bar with a band which played very loud music until 1.30am. This made it impossible for us to sleep. 3. I missed the sewage smell in the reviews as we had to travel to JB for a funeral and booked this apartment in a hurry - from the reviews it's clear that this is a long standing problem. Fix it instead of trying to mask it with air freshener.
