Property was clean & well kept thus comfortable.
Unable to book the pickerball court as need owner to book using app thus wasn't able to use facility although no one was using the court which was a shame 😔

Relatively new, clean unit & environment & convenient to access/check in & out. We booked it last minute & arrived late like close to midnight. First time not staying at hotel & was pleasantly surprised.

Located in Phase 2 of the R&F Mall development, this place is walking distance to JB Sentral, the mall, restaurants, and groceries. The company had great communication as well. Check in was incredibly quick and easy, in my room within 5 minutes of arrival.
The room looks just like the pictures, spacious, with lots of amenities. Bed was comfortable and the room relaxing.
While the location is convenient, there is a lot of construction in the area. Be ready for noise to start at 6:30am, though it was better in this room than most in the area. Lighting in the room is all-in: either dark or bright. There was a bedside lamp but, strangely, did not have the right plug for the socket.
