My kids love the castle and ball pit, room was big and clean..customer service was fast in reply..the process from collection/deposit and returning of keys/deposit is smooth..

Keys collection was smooth including the collection of the cash deposit. The rooms were of good size and enjoyed the fact that there was a projector in one of the rooms. Apartment wise it was a comfortable stay but the administrative problems but the hosts totally spoiled it for us.
The host arranged to meet us upon check out to pass back our deposit but at the arranged time, he was initially uncontactable and subsequently told us to return the keys and that he will transfer to us the deposit. It has been 5 days and the deposit has not been returned with countless promises that it will be returned soon. Would definitely not be staying here again. Not worth the agony and stress. Hope they will eventually return my deposit.
