I like the proximity to Mid Valley.
Lots of amenities in the area.
Very easy to get Grab in the area also.
The lift did not function on the last day, Had to wait 10 mins just to get in a lift.
The bed and pillows were a bit hard.

Good location near to mall. Comfortable bed, clean towels, and cosy set up.
No hand soap in toilet.

Short walk to Mid Vally Southkey.
The lift in the building is too slow.

Location is very good, it is located walking distance to Mid Valley Southkey.
The beds and pillows were too soft. It will be better if they can be changed to firmer mattress. A good night's sleep is very important for us so we are very particular with bedding.
