Midvalley Southkey Mosaic 3BR Suite Premium Stay by Jfive

Licatiom the spacious the rooms

Location was good. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Tried very hard to coordinate with past check out, cleaner and for us to drop our luggage. Much appreciated!! There was a display of books to read. Also cable on TV though we didn't quite use it. There was also a baby play pen. We also didn't use the pool and gym in the condo.

The apartment felt a lot older than the photos and maybe that caused us not to feel totally clean. The towels provided can be cleaner.

Location is great. Walkable to mid valley mall. Quiet surroundings. House is generally clean.

The bed is hard while the pillow is too soft. The lift is slow during peak hour. It took us almost 10minutes to get from 9th floor to the ground floor on one of th mornings.

The location is good

The beds and sofa were not comfortable at all. 2 of us hurt our backs when we sat on the sofa. It felt like there was no padding on it. There were mould around the showers and black mould on the ceiling of one of the showers. When we checked in, there were puddles of water on the bathroom floors. A baby cot was in the living room, a single mattress was leaning against the cupboard of the master bedroom, the container for hot water(or for coffee?) was dirty and slimy. It would be nice to have a kettle, toaster and knives. And perhaps a bottle of water to welcome the guests. Real books not fake ones would be nice too.
