The room was spacious and and clean but suddenly at night, 2 cockroaches came out from the both toilets and kids were scared.
This is my 2nd time booking a apartment at KSL and both apartments got problem about the wifi. Not able to get any wifi and it's so frustrating that the same problem keep going on. Someone should t least check to make sure wifi is provided like what been advertise in booking.com. Also, swimming pool timing was changed without being told when we want to book the apartment and end up being chased out by security at KSL swimming pool. This time trip made me really frustrating and might not book KSL apartment in future.
