Delight Homestay Twin Galaxy

High storey at level 33 with a nice view of city and sea. Everything is clean. There a mini mart and cafe at level 8. Lift is very fast. We had no trouble waiting or slow journey going up and down the lift. Carpark spot given is very near. I park my bike at the car lot given. I felt assured of my vehicle safety. There's a guard always on standby at the carpark entrance 24hrs and they will salute you whenever you come n go. Great foods surrounding the residence all within walking distance. There are also other mini mart surrounding. I observe the guards around twin residences and they seems to be everywhere monitoring the safety of the residences. Always greet you with a smile.

This is one of the homestay among others that requires a RM200 deposit, it is refundable on top of the payment already made through booking.com. But as a singaporean we have trouble to make transfer online using posb to their maybank account so we need to get a malaysian friend who has a maybank account for transfer. Although it comes with a balcony, this is also one of the residence that won't allow you to smoke even at the balcony. So i had trouble checking in and out just to take a smoke break nearest at level 8 smoking corner. The bed needed to change as you can already feel the springs within the bed. The sofa is very uncomfortable as it is not the soft type where u can sleep on it, you will feel like sitting on a wooden plank covered with a thin layer of cloth. Towel given is very small. No matter how i tried i can't seem to find any cable channels on the tv. So i had to download netflix and sign in to watch it on the tv. But it's still uncomfortable due to the hard surface of the sofa. So we cant have a tv marathon. Dishwashing sponge is worn out, so we bought new ones and left the unused sponges balance there for others to use. Water heater is hot but it is the kind of heater that will lose its heat after using it for a few minutes. Water pressure is good enough. If you wish to order anything online dont expect the rider to send it to your door. You will have to come down everytime at the customer service area at level 1 to collect your foods or items.

Easy access, great location, clean and comfortable. Only downside was the balcony door was hard to open

Location is great, near to many eating places. Room was clean and more spacious than seen in the pictures. Was on a high floor so it wasn't noisy at night.

As the sunlight is very intense, would love to have thicker curtains.
