I had a fantastic stay at KSL Mall! Initially, there were some minor issues with the room, but the staff were quick to resolve them and upgraded us to an apartment that exceeded our expectations. Their responsiveness and willingness to help were impressive. Despite a few more minor issues, the staff continued to provide excellent service, ensuring our stay was enjoyable.
The WiFi was reliable, and the new room had a lovely touch. Overall, I highly recommend KSL Mall for its great service, comfortable stay, and excellent amenities. I'll definitely be back! If you're considering booking, don't hesitate - KSL Mall is a great choice!

Nothing much really.
Lack of toiletries and there was a pillow which was stained with ?unsure substance. Might be stale blood
