    I call so many time no put up my call and I msg see BT no reply and I pay money already I hope the owner pay me bk the money I v disappointed on them I have to last min book new hotel

    Very good location with very reasonable price. Staff service very good and honest too. My phone was left in the room when we checked out. They immediately msg me about my phone and they kept it for till I return the next few days to get it back. Thanks for their kind service and very positive way of doing things, will surely book again.

    Check-in process was non-existent, with no or very poor service by Immaculate staff (who blamed us for trying to access our paid accommodation). Agoda also had very slow response. Took about 6 hours, into the evening, to get into apartment properly. Dirty apartment with unstable bathtub and resident cockroaches. Other people’s wet clothes in washing machine. Constantly leaking air conditioner causing slippery wet floor. This is the 1st time I’ve given 1 star to any property / accomodation.
