    Decent hotel in a good two-storey shop location downtown. Just a few improvements to turn it into a proper boutique hotel : proper taps (instead of plastics), toilet seat that is same size as the bowl, glass water jug instead of plastic and new water heater for faster hot shower in the morning.

    Location is ideal, at Pelangi Lobby on 2nd floor. Need to climb up the stairs to reach. No lift. For 3rd floor, will also need to climb stairs. All your eating and massage may go to waste. Haha. Just my 2cents thought. Service wise, only the Malay lady was quite receptive and accommodating. Another Chinese white hair lady, attitude is bad and impatient, kind of her way or no way type. Well, basically there is no proper hospitality kind of service you can expect. If you are one who are so used to staying brands, then this is certainly NOT for you unless you are quite flexible then is fine to go for some try but at your own risks 🤭 Guest room wise, as attached images. Basically, looking very ageing. Wallside has some obvious leakage and water kept flowing out. Feedback few rounds and apparently, nothing can be done so just leave it and stuff it with some toilet paper. Roll eye. Next, toilet size is very small. If you are big sized then you won’t be able to go in there. Work desk has ants crawling over. Approached front desk, they gave a spray to me to spray but also don’t help. Don’t know exactly what spray was that but could be some Dettol kind of spray. Really lame but just live with it. Roll eye. Next, the bed is uncomfortable. You cannot expect those bed from brands whereby you lay on it you will love it kind. Their linens and duvet is hell dirty. As if not wash for years. Even my own home linens is much cleaner than this. So, you can anticipate what I mean and by seeing from one of the image. Roll eye. Noise from next door or outside cannot really be heard. Maybe because my room was somewhere in the middle. Of course those facing the main road certainly can be heard. Else, unless there is kids calling out loud. Else, generally still fine for this. I would seriously suggest if you have a little more budget, you can consider other hotels within that area which is a hell lot more comfy, clean and nicer smell.
