Unfortunately, this was a disappointing stay and did not offer good value for money. The room had a strong damp smell upon check-in. The hair dryer was not working, and the overall cleanliness was below expectations. There was visible dust in the corners of the room, and the mattress had noticeable stains. Parking was also a major inconvenience, as it was very difficult to find a parking space at night. In addition, there is no elevator, so guests need to carry their luggage up the stairs, which may not be suitable for everyone. Overall, considering the price paid, the experience did not meet expectations. I hope the management will improve the cleanliness, maintenance, and guest facilities.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area with many spas and cafes. We booked to avoid the jam and just relax after a spa session. The room itself was clean and the bathroom was spacious. Problems are with the water pressure that fluctuates when you’re showering from full on fire hose to a drinking fountain. The television would not work and the air conditioning refused to cool the room. If you’re going there for a quick last minute stay then there’s no harm.
