    we check in quite late on the 1st day about 9pm.. Room given to us was not the same as what we had booked. I check with the reception counter. the counter staff said that was the only room left that was given to us and they can only change the room for us the next day.. well, they should give us what we had booked and not simply arrange a room for us without our knowledge. towel is dirty and pillows has a smell.. the hotel management may want to review their mattress and pillows location is good with many eateries and many massage palors to choose from.. near to Southkey Mid Valley..but traffic is quite bad at that area .

    Stayed here for a night. Check in was smooth as I checked in late and the reception did not collect Rm50 deposit as I do not carry any cash with me. We stayed in the Signature Deluxe King at the 3rd floor. The room wasn’t very clean as there’s a musky cigarette odor and there’s a stain on one of the pillow. The remote control for the tv wasn’t working properly and there’s limited tv channels. I’ve called the receptionist to request for an extra toilet roll the next morning as it’s already finished, but they did not deliver it at all… One thing good about this place is that the mattress and pillow is very comfortable as it’s Slumberland mattress brand they’re using.
