    The room and hotel were clean and quite big for deluxe room. Staff were quite fluent in English and willing to assist. Location was okay but car park lots can be insufficient during night time. The fridge in the room was making some noise and we thought it was from the outside and it was only the next morning we realised it. We could have switched it off if we had known. The surrounding area was quite quiet. Complimentary breakfast was thoughtful for guests who just want something to fill their stomachs before heading off. We reached the dining area at 9am and there weren't a refill. Like I mentioned, it was a goodwill for adding in with the room rate. Bed was okay but the pillow I slept on became flatten after sometime so I didn't sleep well. Shower head definitely needs a replacement, hot water was consistent.

    Acceptable for basic necessities. Elders were very happy with the free breakfast provided because they woke early at 7am and no available nearby eateries outside at that hour.

    I have been a regular here for my business trips since 2024. A great place to stay with comfortable beds and helpful front desk. I left my engagement ring once upon checking out. When the cleaner found the ring, he/she actually informed the front desk and reached out to me. They kept the ring until I had someone pick it up for me. Not many places would take accountability and honesty this far.
