This hotel is a solid option for a quick layover.
We experienced an unfortunate delay upon arrival. Even though our booking confirmation was for two rooms, the staff initially informed us that only one room was available. Fortunately, the team was highly professional and courteous; they immediately worked to resolve the issue and had a second room assigned to us very quickly. Their polite and speedy service recovery was a highlight.
