    No water whole day & Night. The counter no receptionist at least put a notice no water on that day instead of written counter closed 9pm. Asking agoda to refund no action from agoda centre

    I had a good sleep, so value for money. Room is very very basic. Staff help me check in at 1 AM. I contact them in agoda and request. Staff made sure My access card at password protected box. Clear communication and good customer service. Room is clean. Water pressure good. Air con works well

    Nowadays the hotel change on stuff and the night shift Indian men is badly serving keep pushing problems and don’t explain to our question. Everything use I don’t know or ask management to answer. You are the front desk person and everything don’t know? What you know actually as a front desk. Very bab experience since I stay this hotel for the pass 1.5 years.
