    No response from property with my queries after booking confirmation. That resulted to my wrong choice of room upon arrival. I requested for 2 queen bed in my booking.. Upon arrival, I requested for change of room with extra top up but was told that other room had air con leaking and none available. Fortunately, I booked only for one night to bear with the small room without window. If someone replied to my messages and noted my requests, the unpleasant experience will not happen. There is no security on the booking and parking space is another problem.
