    This is the best budget hotel I've stayed at in Johor Bahru. The staff are respectful and friendly, it's located in an area with plenty of food options, the air conditioning works great, and the rooms are clean. There's no need to pay a deposit, and there's a 24-hour restaurant right downstairs. You can even watch football matches there. For budget travelers, I honestly don't think you can ask for much more than this. The only thing missing is an electric kettle. If they added one, this hotel would be almost perfect. The next time I visit Johor Bahru, I'll definitely stay here again. I absolutely love this place.

    The room doesn't come with any toothpaste, toiletries or any self-care supplies, 2 star rating is definitely not correct. The room doesn't have slippers and the floor is sticky. The worst part is that I saw a lot of cockcroach and bugs crawling out of under the bed + under the sink. Other than the cleanliness problem, the location and price is ok.

    I stay 98 hotel two times now. It near food court, pharmacy, clinic and shopping. I love this place.
